Shipping policy

Our goal is to ensure that you receive your products in the shortest time possible, wherever you may live. We deliver to many customers all across the country. The time frame for delivery is divided into two parts. 

• Processing time: Since ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER, Please allow 2-3 handling days for your order. If the selected merchandise is out of stock or additional information is required, we'll send a follow-up email.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our location to your destination. For domestic orders, USPS first-class mail typically takes 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-21 business days. Some countries' international shipping might take longer (30 days or more). Contact us for more details.

Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Pre-order items take an ESTIMATE of 3-5 weeks to be delivered

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
